  1. Is there a minimum number participants required for group bookings?
    We typically have a minimum group size of 20 people for group bookings. For groups smaller than 20, a minimum charge would apply. You are welcome to contact us for a customised package.

  3. Are there activities smaller groups and individuals can join?
    We organise public events from time to time – do check out our public events page and social media channels for frequent updates!

  5. Are there free events and activities?
    In general, entrance fees and activities are chargeable as farms and Bollywood Adventures have business costs to cover. However, there may be some free activities from time to time – do check out public events page and social media channels.

  7. Can you waive fees for charities and VWOs?
    We are sorry but we cannot do that. Please contact us and we will try our best to work within your budget.

  9. How long are the activities?
    The estimated durations for activities and itineraries are listed under the Events pages. If you would like to customise the itinerary, please let us know.

  11. How much do the activities cost?
    The standard rates per head are published on the Events pages.

  13. Can you give discounts?
    Our rates are already cheap and cheerful as we truly wish to encourage farm visits and experiences. If you have a large group or can come during an off-peak period (Mon-Thu afternoons), we are happy to consider bundle and bulk discounts. Do contact us.

  15. Do you do private celebrations like birthday parties and wedding solemnisations?
    It is not our forte to plan these events, but we can link you up to unique farm destinations that do them!

  17. Can we use the farms as a backdrop for our photo/video shoot and is it chargeable?
    Some farms may allow it, we will link you up directly to enquire. If you require activities to be run as part of your shoot, write to us and we can assist you.

  19. Do you entertain media enquiries and filming requests?
    Yes we do. Please contact us.

  21. Are your activities suitable for kids of various age groups and special needs?
    Yes our activities are suitable for participants of all age groups and can be catered for those with special needs.

  23. Can we visit the farms without an appointment or booking?
    Yes, for farms open to the public. Please check for a ist of those and their opening hours.

  25. Is transport to the farm(s) provided?
    We can provide transport for groups at an additional cost on request.

  27. Is there parking on farms and is it chargeable?
    Most farms have free parking on site and is first-come-first-serve. Please let us know if there will be large number of cars (more than 10) congregating for your event so we can inform the farm venue to expect it.

  29. Are the food and drinks halal?
    Hay Dairies Goat Milk is halal certified.Poison Ivy Bistro at Bollywood Veggies is considered halal by most as it sources poultry from Halal-certified suppliers, does not serve pork or beef and its chefs are Muslims. However, it is not MUIS certified because it serves alcohol.Other farm bistros and food are not considered halal unless otherwise stated.

  31. Can I bring my own food?
    Out of respect and consideration for the F&B venues we work with, we do not allow outside food to be brought in except under extraordinary circumstances. If there are valid health and medical reasons, please write to us to let us know. Written consent must be given before external food is brought and consumed during our events at farm premises.

  33. Do you provide water?
    We do not provide water. Some farm venues may provide it free of charge or for purchase. We encourage you to bring your own water anyway so that you can stay hydrated.

  35. What should I bring/wear?
    Put on comfortable covered walking shoes. We also recommend bringing a hat, insect repellent, water bottle, sunblock, and sunglasses. All materials required for the activities will be provided.

  37. What happens if it rains?
    An appropriate indoor activity will substitute the outdoor activities – for example our Guided Farm Tour will be replaced with a Show and Tell session. In the event of light rain where there is no lightning and/or thunder, and if participants and organisers are willing, outdoor activities can continue with/without a poncho (self-brought).

Booking Guide

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to make an online booking with us.

Step 1:

Browse our extensive range of activities available. Select the activity that you’d like to book and click ‘Book Now’

Step 2:

Select the data and time slot available, and enter the number of participants (all group events require min. 20 persons). Click ‘Continue’.

Step 3:

Include any optional add-ons (e.g. meals or extra activities, if available). The total amount will be updated automatically.

Step 4:

Enter your details, read our Terms & Conditions and select ‘Continue’.

Step 5:

And you’re done! Check your email for a copy of your reservation.
